This is a curved heat exchanger on a Boeing aircraft. Part is pressure checked at 400 DSI and dip brazed flat and square. Secondary assembly would be welded and machined.
     

Commercial boiler heat exchanger. Dip brazed at Parfuse Corporation. Liquid runs through tubes as heat sink fins cool them down. Production job with high volume, leak tight joints. 
     

Air to liquid heat exchanger with over go details. Pressure tight to 400 PSI currently used on aircraft and on going contracts. Brazed with welded on headers.
     

Finned heat sink for electronic industry. Dip brazed all fins on to base with no warpage. The heat sink is used to dissipate heat from the electronic package on opposite side. Metal to metal gives the best performance on this application.
     

Government rated heat exchanger, Parfuse has dip brazed with 100% success. Triple-Decker dip brazed, silver nitrated and heat treated per AWS C 3.7 / AWS 2770.

Air to air heat exchanger used as a cooling medium for high end electronics. Leak tight unit fins are .006 thick.
     

Black tubular heat exchanger used on aircraft. Leak tight/fluxless assembly 35 joints uniformly brazed.
